Villa 53 - Battaramulla

Villa 53 had the audacity to offer an outdoor pool AND free WiFi. So fancy! Plus, shopping addicts may appreciate House of Fashions and Arcade Independence Square nearby.

Oh wow, I just couldn't find a single thing wrong with this place! How disappointing.

Enjoyable stay in a pleasant apartment. Welcome base for travelling to Kaduwela and sightseeing. The bed was really comfortable after a long flight. Breakfast was excellant with toast, delicious fresh fruit, sri lankian omelette, had a lot variety of choice...

Everything was nice and I got wake up service for free. Comfortable bed and all facilities were PRETTY NICE. Got private bathroom with bidet. All the staff were very helpful and kind.

The spaciousness of the hotel was excellent, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. the staff made me feel welcome and their friendliness added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. My room was huge and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed, including a TV, AC, fan, and tea and coffee facilities. The view of the garden and large pool was a lovely bonus, and the en-suite bathroom with a bath was luxurious. The location of the hotel was also perfect, especially for those visiting the visa office. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and spaciousness.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and treated like old friends. The spacious rooms with comfortable beds provided a perfect haven for our large family. The beautiful backyard pool, with its perfect temperature, offered endless hours of fun for the children. The delicious breakfasts, both Sri Lankan and omelets, were a delightful treat each morning. The convenient location near the Immigration office was an added bonus. We departed Villa 53 feeling like part of the family and cannot wait to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa 53 in Battaramulla during a transit stop on my travels. The convenience of the homestay's location was one of the major highlights for me. Being only 14 km away from the nearest airport, it made my journey much more seamless and stress-free. the proximity to Bambalapitiya Railway Station, which was just 10 km away, was incredibly convenient for exploring the city by train.

Although it had all the necessary information about the hotel and its amenities, I found that it could have included more details about local attractions and nearby points of interest.

Lovely owners, fantastic room, delicious breakfast, amazing pool, great hospitality.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel was perfectly located for our visa office visit and close to lovely waterside restaurants. The host was kind enough to drop us off for dinner and accommodate our timing for visa renewals. The spacious and clean accommodations had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, and the pool and gardens were beautifully maintained.

I do recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious, the pool was sick, and the breakfast was totally yum! Plus, it's hella close to R Premadasa Stadium where we caught an awesome cricket match. Only wish there were more party vibes for us young peeps, ya know? But overall, a rad spot for a group getaway!

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the fact that the hotel provided a delicious breakfast every morning. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the holiday activities. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to various attractions and restaurants. It made it easy to explore and find places to eat without having to travel too far. I loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects during my Christmas stay. the room was a bit too warm even with the air conditioning on.

The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a quiet upscale neighborhood with lush tropical greenery. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks and exploring the surroundings. There was also a local restaurant nearby that served delicious meals, providing a convenient dining option. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with huge private bathrooms that were clean and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, as the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast offered a delightful variety of Sri Lankan dishes, and the swimming pool was a refreshing treat after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was that the stay was not long enough to fully enjoy all the amenities and hospitality.

Air conditioning, flat-screen TV, laundry, and billiard tables. Saltwater pool and golf course. Luggage storage, 24-hour security, and no smoking on site.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we felt at home during the holiday season. the room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the facilities were clean and comfortable. the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and shopping areas. One of the best aspects was the delicious Christmas dinner they served, with a variety of dishes that satisfied our holiday cravings.

That the hotel could have had more festive decorations for Christmas. It would have been nice to see more festive lights and decorations throughout the hotel.
